dc.description.abstract	Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή εργασία έχει ως αντικείμενο την αποτίμηση της φέρουσας ικανότητας και πρόταση για την ενίσχυση – αποκατάσταση του φέροντος οργανισμού ενός διώροφου κτιρίου στην θέση Ρειχέα Λακωνίας. Πρόκειται για λιθόχτιστο κτίριο που χρονολογείται από τις αρχές του 19ου αιώνα . Έχοντας στόχο την ενίσχυση της άοπλης τοιχοποιίας του, αποτιμήθηκε αρχικά η φέρουσα ικανότητά του κατά την υφιστάμενη κατάσταση όπως επίσης και μετά από την εφαρμογή επεμβάσεων. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια προσπάθεια να πραγματοποιηθεί μια εισαγωγή στην έννοια – ορισμό της τοιχοποιίας μέσα από την αναφορά στα είδη τοιχοποιιών που συναντούμε στον ελλαδικό χώρο . Επίσης τα υλικά που την δομούν με έμφαση στους φυσικούς λίθους το δομικό υλικό που αποτελεί τον φέρων οργανισμό του υπό εξέταση κτιρίου μας και στα κονιάματα. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο είναι μια εισαγωγή στις μηχανικές ιδιότητες της τοιχοποιίας και αναλυτικά έχουμε την παράθεση των αντοχών που επηρεάζουν αυτές τις ιδιότητες . Με την θλιπτική αντοχή να έχει τον πρωταγωνιστικό ρόλο , την καμπτική να μας δείχνει την σημασία της συνεργασίας κονιάματος και λιθοσώματος στις κατασκευές από φέρουσα τοιχοποιία και την διατμητική αντοχή . Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο μας βάζει στην δομική ανάλυση των κτιρίων κατασκευασμένα από φέρουσα τοιχοποιία και αναδεικνύει την μεγάλη ποικιλία και πολυμορφία όσο αφορά τον φέροντα οργανισμό τους . Επίσης αναλύονται τα βασικά δομικά στοιχεία η στέγες και τα πατώματα καθώς και οι τύποι φερουσών τοιχοποιιών. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο θα αναφερθούμε στην απόκριση των κτιρίων υπό κατακόρυφα φορτία και κατά βάση στα οριζόντια σεισμικά φορτία και στην παθολογία τους. Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο έχουμε την γνωριμία με την τοποθεσία οπού βρίσκεται το υπό εξέταση κτίριο μας , αλλά και την διαμόρφωση μιας εικόνας της δομικής του κατάσταση μέσα από αρχιτεκτονικά σχέδια , σκίτσων και ενδεικτικών εικόνων . Αναδεικνύονται τα δομικά του χαρακτηριστικά η στέγη , το πάτωμα και ο θόλος του ισογείου . Στο έκτο κεφάλαιο έχουμε την αποτίμηση που πραγματοποιήθηκε με την βοήθεια του στατικού προγράμματος Scada pro 17 και στην συνέχεια ακολουθεί η πρόταση ενίσχυσης του και τα συμπεράσματα των παραπάνω .	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	This thesis deals with the valuation of the load - bearing capacity and proposal for the reinforcement - restoration of the load - bearing structure of a two-storey building in the area of Richea Lakonia. It is a stone-built building that dates back to the early 19th century. In order to strengthen its unarmed masonry, the building's load -bearing capacity was evaluated both in the existing situation and after the interventions. The first chapter presents the concept-definition of masonry through the reference to the types of masonry that we encounter in Greece. Also, the materials that make up the masonry with emphasis on the natural stones, the building material that consist the load - bearing elements of the building under consideration and the mortars. The second chapter is an introduction to the mechanical properties of masonry. Analytically, we have the statement of the resistances that affect these properties. The compressive resistance plays the leading role. The bending resistance shows us the importance of the interplay of mortar and stone in the constructions of load-bearing masonry and the shear resistance. The third chapter introduces us to the structural analysis of masonry structures and it gives prominence to the wide variety and multiformity with regard to the load - bearing structure of the building. Also, the basic building blocks are analyzed, roofs and floors as well as the types of masonry structures. In the fourth chapter we will refer to the response of the buildings under vertical loads and basically to horizontal seismic loads and their pathology. In the fifth chapter we are acquainted with the location of the building under consideration, as well as the shaping of an image of the building's structural situation through architectural drawings, drawings and indicative images. The structural features of the building are emphasized, such as the roof, the floor and the dome on the ground floor. In the sixth chapter we have the valuation carried out with the help of the static program Scada pro 17 and then, the proposal for strengthening it and the conclusions of the above.	el
